We are a family run business and our aim is to give our customers the best products at the best possible prices. We believe that our customer always comes first and we will try to the best of our ability to advise and help you, our customer, in any way we can.

We not only receive orders over the web – many of our customers also like to place their orders over the telephone. We are here to accommodate you and are happy to give advice as and where we can.

We accept all credit/debit cards with the exception of American Express.

When you have found your printer and applicable cartridge just click on “Add to Cart” and the rest is easy.

We sell original inkjet cartridges as well as remanufactured and compatible cartridges which we believe are second to none. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with one of our cartridges we will replace, refund or upgrade to an original if you wish to pay the difference.

Unless we advise you otherwise, all orders received before 3.00pm are posted on the same day. Postage is free on orders of over £30.00 on ink jet cartridges; for orders under £30.00 we charge £1.50. Toners are charged at £3.95 carriage per order, as these have to be sent by courier and need to be signed for.
